Default trying to get insurance for a 1.6 scooby

hello everybody as some of you might know that im only 17 and cant get insured on my brothers wrx sti 555. so ive just seen this on ebay and just wondering if anyone can help me with insurance on this it is only group 10 insurance cheapest quote i got so far is 1500 pound just checking if anyone on here can do it any cheaper thaks heres the link for the subaru:

i like the small print at the bottom of the description

We can't help until you're 21 or over, also we wouldnt look to defraud our Underwriters in the manner you suggest.

Moley/KM will probably adopt the same approach.

I know it will seem a lot, but the best bet will be to seek cover in your own name.

One company I can suggest for drivers aged 17-20 would be A-Quote, i'm pretty sure they can cater for young drivers & you can reach them on 0800 298 2836

Have you tried ecarinsurance - they should quote sensible price for group 10 at 17.
