Newbie needing some help....

Just phoned my insurance bell.co.uk to get a quote for a 95 WRX ive seen and just wondered on the insurance.....

They can insure me on it, not be cause of my age etc....but because they dont have a UK equivalent on there system....

Has anyone had this problem before???

Ideally id rather NOT swap insurance companies, if there is a way around it..

Is there an equivalent of a 95 WRX Import in the UK i can have them look for on there system?

any help/advice/info appreciated.

There is no UK equivalent, ask them to speak to the underwriting department, however as their call centre is abroad and they had to ask me to spell "Rover" I wouldn't hold your breath.

Thats odd, I'm insured with bell.co.uk at the moment on a 1996 STi, and never had any problems getting a quote at all, even states on my certificate of insurance that the car is a WRX STi (import)....so I'm not sure why they won't help you mate!
