finding a good price!
Hi everyone, I'm gettin my new car in a few weeks now and for the time being im transferring the car onto my current policy and replacing the impreza on there. My question is i'm going to have to start the new policy in febuary and so have been getting lots of online quotes etc.
There is only one insurance company that seems to give me anywhere near a resonable quote. My details are:
22 years old (23 on march the 1st)
will have 2 years ncb
driving for 5+ years
have now got 3 points (sp30 3 points 60 quid) and this conviction is from may this year
The cars a 52 plate 330d se model.
Elephant have quoted me 840 fully comp and i have had one other quote for 1190..
All the rest have been 2k plus. My quote before the 3 points were added was 680 and ideally i want to get the cheapest insurance i can. It is for fully comp insurance. Has anyone got any ideas on which other insurers i should try or is the price ive got a good one?
I have tried.. confused.com (broker) tesco, direct line, norich union (spelling).
Thanks and any help appreciated.

Hi - eCar Insurance - Welcome to eCar
should give you a decent price especially if you increase the excess.
