Hi dudes,
Need your advice.
Got whacked by a taxi with it's rear door open as he drove, whacked the side of my scoob. Hi fault big time. He also whacked a rover the same way too.
It has been over 4 weeks and as normal so I am told it is taking ages for him to fill out the required form to say it was him.
I am thinking about getting it all done through my insurance and to pay for the excesss and to claim this back when it is done via his company.
Has anyone had a similiar experience re the same?
Please advsie asap as I think if I do not do this them it will be well after Christmas before it is even looked at.

Put it completely in the hands of your insurance!!

You don't say if you are fully comp? If you are just get it fixed - don't wait!

All you want back is your excess .......... thats all you need worry about!
