I'm ****eing myself on the prospect of paying an absolute packet again!!

I have a 98 WRX, with Scoobysport backbox
17" StilAuto Rims
6 pot Tarox brakes
Carbonfibre Scoobysport rear wing
ITG Panel air filter
Eihbach springs and Lamco boost guage
everything else standard.
Cat1 alarm/immobilser, tracker

I am 25, with 0 points, no convictions/no accidents. 5yrs NCB. Car garged, 6000 miles per annum, social only.

I'm thinking of getting my Mrs. insured too . She is 24, no points etc.

I'm with Tesco's at the moment and pay £1650.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Cheers

Jay

Lightbulb

We have just insured our WRX, it is a 1996 import with auto box. We found that Liverpool Victoria was the best for both of us with a quote for £904 (£350 excess) I am 32 and my wife is 31, we both have no points and full NCB, which is protected. As we are both self employed they automatically put class one business use in with the price, installments available too

Give Tom/Rum a buzz, he may be able to help. Hell, if he can insure me (27) and the blackbeast (MY94 WRX Wagon with quite a few mods) then he should be able to insure anyone

Tried them, came up with £2k +. I've been trying all day and the best is my renewal so far.

think you'll be lucky to get anything under 1200 quid to be honest, the market aint that good at the moment, and us poor grey owners are getting hit hard.
