A-Plan to the rescue :)
Having a H&S full de-cat fitted on Thursday 
Spoke to my current insurers, Liverpool Victoria, about it only to find they don't cover mods anymore
Not what I was told when I took the policy in '03, in fact I was told I could do anything I liked so long as the engine cc didn't change, don't even need to tell them just keep the receipts I was told. Good job I checked this liberal policy was still in place as I'd be driving around without insurance otherwise 
Anyway few phone calls later now covered by A-Plan, mods declared, and only a few £ more than I was paying with Liverpool Victoria
