Default Endowment Insurance Bonus Figures-comparison ?

I know that it's not a car insurance question but here goes anyway.

I don't know if this is possible to find out or not , but is there any way of finding a comparison table for the annual and terminal bonus payments made on Endowment policies for the major (and minor ) insurance companies ? A spread over the past 5 years would be really good.

Tried the usual searches but with no success
Thanks

Strange question - answer to the best of my knowledge is no. And I am an IFA.

In terms of endowments, best on the market I think remains Prudential who have continued to add good bonuses. Other than Pru, L&G, CIS and a couple of others the rest of them havent been worth a **** over the last 5 years. Bonuses should start to pick up since 2003

Let me explain a little more. For the past three years , two endowment policies have returned a 0 % bonus and I wondered if this was the norm in the present financial world or if the company was really rank ? To find out, I need to know what others have paid in order to compare. Hope that makes more sense now. Thanks for the reply.

pretty poor across the board on all Endowments for the last few years I believe. Remember you also get growth on the units as well as the bonus. I have 2 with Standard life and the returns have been very poor. They also put a big surcharge on anyone cahing in, effectively locking you in.
