26 yr old insurence on sti
Looking at insurence for a sti version 2. The best quote I've had so far is £1300 comp through elephant. Is this about the best I'm gonna get for my age?
Details are 26 year old, 3 year ncb and declaring 3 points which I had 4 years ago (TS20)

I am 26 insured on an STi V2 with a-plan for just over a grand.
The cas is not heavily nodified (dump valve, tinted, alloys, gauges, exhaust, filter) and is garaged.
I also have a tracker on the car.
I would say this is a very good quote and you should go for it. ALternatively give a call to A-plan....Rob: 01635874646.

Up to you if you want to try it. But I have friends who work in insurance and they say, add a fictional named driver to your quote (preferably female, late 40's with a full time clerical job, professional driving licence, drives another car on a regular basis, UK resident since birth, etc). This person is fictional so will never actually drive your car but you will be surprised to notice that this extra person on your insurance should actually lower your quote.
Apparently named drivers are not looked into unless they have caused an accident. Which obviously, if their fictional they wont be causing any.
