Tried to get a quote from them recently. Filled in their callback web form, and rang them up twice, and they never bothered to get back to me with a quote. Not impressed with the service at all . Ended up having to renew with L&V.

Thanks from me also.

Rob provided me the best quote so far. I've got 1 more day of shopping around, but I don't think that quote's going to be beaten.

Thumbs up

A-plan are excellent, L+V wanted 1300 to renew (300 increase) and everyone else wanted around 1100 (38, full NCB, P1 with exhaust and brake mods, garaged) A-plan are doing it for 800

Question

Anyone the right side of 30 had a quote from A-Plan?

I'm 25 and I'm already starting to worry about my renewal - and it's not due till July! With L&V at the moment, came so close to selling the car last time round, predicting more of the same 'is it really worth it?' thoughts come renewal!

Rang these guys today. Quoted me the same as L&V did for last year (which has now gone through the roof with no change of circumstance on renewal and no mods!) so very good pricing.

Guy I spoke to (Darren) was confident that I would not beat the price. I think he may be right. I have till Tuesday.

have you owned the car a while mate? best price for me on an import wrx was 1700 with 6 years ncb and no claims or points!

i think its due to me not owning a similar powered car before

Excellent thread and advice. Just saved myself £498 on my renewal premium.

Highly modified UK RB5, done over the phone in 5 minutes with Darren from A-Plan.

What a happy Easter Bunny I am!
