I bought a STI version 2 (JAP import) a couple of years ago at 29 years old with 2yrs no claims and the cheapest company that i could find was privilage and that cost me £2200 quid and that was paying in installments. The most expensive that i was quoted was £4000
.
Be prepaired it's going to be expensive but good luck in your search and let me know how you get on.
