Default Insurance and the over '40's.....ahem;-)

Just got my renewal from L+V(03 STi PPP+wheels+springs)

£840,thats £240 more than last year

no change in circumstances,full monty NCB,garaged,etc..posh area

Then tried A-Plan Thatcham...and was quoted 'only' £639,altho they did ask what colour the car was

Anyone know if I can get it even lower anywhere else?

Same as Elmer sti v5,tried all the usual companies that do imports=A PLAN= £200 cheaper than L&V,normal cat 1 security, no tracker required.
