Put it this way.....
If you have fitted a FMIC, and don't declare it to the insurers....
Do you think they will pay out in the event of a claim, if they realise that it is fitted to your car???
If you insure it as "...not modified in any way from the Manufacturer's specification...", then by the 'book', that's what it's got to be, in order to remain covered by them...
Wether you are able / have time to remove it, prior to an inspection/claim is a different matter
Maybe they wouldn't even realise it was there, if it was finished in black...They might realise the TMIC is missing though !

amm...the question was not what if i dnt diclare ...it was what implication's, as in cost increase's should i expect....?
