Just a quick post to praise A-Plan in Beaconsfield (the 'specialist car office') for a job well done.

Had a delivery driver reverse into my Scoob when it was parked up and handed the whole thing over to A-Plan. It was dealt with by a guy called Matt Cash, for whom I have nothing but praise.

Not unusually, there were some complications with the claim (for example, the other driver gave me the wrong details to start with!), but all was sorted by Matt, up to and including the provision of a better hire car than the 1.2 Corsa I was originally offered by the other guy's insurers.

I guess it's only when you really need them that you find out whether your broker/insurers are any good and worth the premium - A-plan certainly have been for me.
