In a nutshell: I very much doubt it! It would also be very unwise, since a Scooby will not be a cheap car and it's desireable to theives and can be a target for vandals. If you have a performance car -or any car where you could not afford to absorb the loss of the value of the car should it be stolen or written off- a fully comprehensive policy with a reputable company is the only way to go. Sorry!
