Default Where to go for provisional insurance (non Scooby)
I'm looking at a lot of the online insurance quote pages, and all of them state that the person insuring must hold a full UK license.

My wife has an international driving license and is learning to drive over here - not in a Scoob btw...

Can anyone suggest places to go for prov. insurance quotes?
