Default 26yrs old on a 2002 WRX STI Type UK p/drive

OK guys

Heres my findings

Im with directline at the mo paying 850 on a my99

quote for 2002 WRX STI Type UK p/drive is 999.60

Not too bad I thought, but rang round anyway

Adrian Flux - got passed through to three different companies cant remember the names, but they said they could get no where near 999 and they only did 25+

Greenlight - wont touch anyone under 30

Liverpool Victoria - wont touch anyone under 30

Tesco - 1200

Bell Direct - quoted 1600 then passed me through to another company who couldn't get anywhere near 999.

I'll be going with directline. I feel gutted for anyone under 25 who is struggling to get quotes.

I would check that the correct model is really coming up if entering a Reg number. Direct line were one of many that came up with the wrong vehicle completely from the Reg and speaking to them the premium went up. FWIW I ditched Direct Line when changing to my Scoob as they were just not competitive anymore (previously had been best quote for me on non-scoob). Also be sure you are selecting a Prodrive Style STi and not the ordinary STi.
