i know of a company who will insure 22 year old on a impreza
i was 22 with 4 years ncb and had 9 points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i paid £3000 on my99 turbo i live in se2 which is quite a high risk area
there called the insurance factory give them a shout on 0870 777 8181
if your young rich and desperate call them hope it helps

quite big i had a accident which was not my fault i was insured third party only and my car was totally fixed within on month after the accident i had the car for one week and was insure for one week before the accident they delt with it extremely fast, im reallly happy with the service i recieved they had a team of independent solicters which acted in my favour they got me a free hire car aswel and they even called me on how the repaire was going!
they were a bit expensive but what do ye expect for a 22 year old with a 10 grand car and 9 points!
