Question Greenlight Insurance - Anyone else still waiting for docs?

I renewed my existing policy with Greenlight at the begining of March. Was sent a 30 day temporary cover note until the permanent one was ready to send out.

Now rapidly approaching May, still don't have any policy documents!

I haven't called them yet, but has anyone else found this with them. I had the same issue last year and didn't get my docs until the middle of April, but it is already 2 weeks over last years performance.

Very poor in my opinion!

Cheers

Simon - just got mine through yesterday. My poilcy was renewed in March aswell. Obviously they've had some problems, because generally they are pretty good.

Thumbs up

Mmmm, cheers for that, maybe mine is in the post too...

Strange though, both years, major delays. Last year they told me they had a backlog! Must still have one....

I just worry about where I would stand if I were to have a own-fault claim, without any proof of having a policy with them as such. Sure it would be ok though, which is why I haven't jumped on them yet...

Cheers

Well if you've paid the premium, you should be alright. You could always phone them up for piece of mind though.

Speak to Barry Scott, I always found him very helpful and efficient while I was insured with them. Cheers.
