Question Insurance advice needed please - renewal due

Hello,

Some advice would be great. Renewal due soon - insuring a U.K. 2003 WRX 4 door. Details:

Age - 29 Year old, teacher, male
NCB - 4 years
Accidents - 1 minor fault claim nearly 3 years ago (cost about £800) and 1 non-fault recovered claim Jan 2004
Mods - Back box, rear tints, UK300 spoiler
Postcode - low rated - good
Class 1 business use, garaged, use of second car etc, wife on policy - lowers price always.

Any companies worth trying? I am currently with Elephant and expect renewal to be circa £850.

Advice from someone similar would be ideal. Please don't just suggest L & V I am under 30.

Thanks in advance,

Brian.

Hi mate.

i've got MY 04 WRX, no mods as yet?.(soon to come). i was originally with elephant with my CTR. there quote for me in the wrx was around the £850 mark. i have full no claims, no accidents/convictions ect, moderate risk area.

after searching various companies i came to priviledge. they required a tracker, which i had fitted anyway. my yearly figure was £630, i am 32, no additional drivers, car garaged, 300 excess.

hope this helps.
