Beware of elephant insurance policy if you have an import.
You are not entitled to a courtesy car as your car is an import and may take longer to fix. Why couldnt they just put a limit of a week on it rarther than say not at all.

Also elephant are slow to react to my claim its been 6 days and I still dont know what is happening.

You also can't have a courtesy car if you write yours off. There's no garage going to be fixing yours to make any money, to provide you with one.

my car has now been with repairers for panel replacement/body damage only since 20/11/03 and it still isnt fixed!
