My 19 year old son has just had his license revoked after getting 6 points, when he gets it back after passing his test again, which hopefully wont be to long, will he still have his 1 years no claims bonus.

Also will the 6 points still be on his new license.

The points wil still show on the reissued licence and will count against him for 3 years from the date of each convicion.

The NCD will apply for a new policy taken out within 2 years of the expiry of his original policy. Most companies will load his premium but Liverpool Victoria will not load for 6 points provided it was for two separate convictions ie a ban for one conviction with six points given would be loaded.

Hope this helps.
