I have a house which I rent out to tenants - due to the current buildings insurance company being very crap I wondered if anyone can recommend a company that will cover structal / contents on the whole house and which covers damage to the interior to the house by bad tentants?

Hi,

You will not get AD cover for the damage they cause as this will be excluded. However you can get a Landlords policy that will cover the normal perils. You best bet is a high street broker.

I used hsbc they were great.

recommended a friend too and we each got £25 M and S vouchers.
