L&V - What excess are you given?

i just got a quote off them, they quote with 400 standard, but when i asked they offered me 250 minimum on my01 wrx. The premium wasnt the best and it went up 190pounds to lower it from 400-250

Also with L&V, £400 seems the norm. My premium is £650 with 11 years n/c, £400 excess. Swansea postcode. Also proud owner of 03MY WRX wagon. oh forgot 2 mention i'm 32y/o and my wife is 31. However they wer the cheapest by far for me.
