Unlikely as each insurance company uses their own grouping...however for a rough idea the best place to look is the back of Top Gear/Evo or similar magazine

Maybe not quite what you are after but if you check out the car reviews for whatever car you are interested in there is an option to see the insurance group for the different engine sizes.
