Insuring a vehicle under corporate contract hire?
#1
To cut costs, my company wants me to personally ensure my company scoob (held under contract hire). Problem is, the insurers I've spoken to say they aren't interested, as apparently a driver with no financial stake in the car is a bad risk
Going to have another bash now, but anyone been in a similar situation and know of one that provides cover - the ones I've tried are Tesco, Norwich Union and Churchill.
Thanks,
Deano

You should try to call a Broker as they will be able to search numerous insurance companies for you. Most Direct companies cannot be done with putting the time and effort into sorting a quote for you, they would rather quote a more straight forward risk as this save time and money. Try Swinton, Hill House Hammond or the AA, you can find their numbers in the following link clicky
