Wait for this - just got some gold 17's to swap for my silver 17's than my insurance company want 43 quid for the remainder of my poilcy (6 months) - just because "it didnt come out of the factory like that "
Whats going on - I could have bought one with gold wheels instead fo the silver ones.
total to$$ers - I'm looking for a new insurer on monday.
Any suggestions ?

£43 is quite cheap for an alloy change. Yes I understand they are the same alloys just a different colour but normaly changing alloys (from factory shipped model) is a 10% loading.

Darren - 43 quid for a year I can understand - but 43 quid for not even 6 remaining months - they're taking the p!$$.
Then next year I'll get hit with 100 quid extra!
I always said when I had to pay over 1K then it was time to buy a porker C4S !
