Angry

Hi all,
Dunno if this post should go in this thread, but it is insurance related.
Now last year in October I had a lovely MY00 scooby, fully colour coded, it was my baby. I went up to my mates one night for a night out and parked the car in one of the car park spots allocated for the apartments my mate lives in. We went out that night and got back around 1am only to find a post it note on my car saying I was parked in their spot and could I move my car - well, I couldn't move the car until morning as I had had a lot to drink. So morning came, I went to move my car only to find scratches all over it, deep scracthes that contained ink, thus these scratches had been done with a pen and they was all over the car. I was gutted and very angry. So, number one suspect had to be the person the carpark spot belonged to, we went and knocked on her door, nobody home, so I phoned the police (it was 10am now). Around 12pm the person who had written the note turned up back home in her girly yellow Audi TT convertable, she said, 'oh, you're car still in my spot then?' The cheeck of the bitch! Of course she denied scratching the car but admitted to putting the note on the car. I asked her could I watch the cctv footage (she has a camera pointing at the car park spot) and she said yes, fine. So there are am, sat in her front room watching the tape, I forward it to the time where she puts the note on the car, ok, all is well, then to my amazement and disbelief, there she is walking around my car scratching it!!!! I quickly got hold of the video tape and left her house. Was the woman really thick or something ? I gave this tape to the police when they finally turned up, he had a look at it and said it was enough to arrest her, but she had gone out by this time. I gave a statement etc, the police took the tape. Weeks passed and still no arrest had been made, although the police had heard from this womans solicitor. To cut a long story shortish, the tape went to the cps who through it out of court due to not being able to see what she had in her hand while scratching my car, thus I lost 2 years no claims and had to pay £450.00 excess on my car for something this bitch had blatenly done, I even had a video tape with her doing it, but still no, wasn't enough.
I am still paying now as I only have 3yrs NCB as opposed to 5 I should have, is there anything I could do ? The police have been an absolute waste of time in my opinion, the law in this country truly stinks.

Regards,
Steve

PS - BTW, it has been found out that this stupid bitch actually runs an escort agency from this apartment and has been done for fraud in the past - maybe she owns the police or maybe they are colleagues of hers?!

Not a pen, some chemical that will strip the paint. Use a waterpistol so you don't have to go in view of the camera.

As usual the law lets another person down. This country really stinks.

Revenge is sweet.

Thanks guys,
I have often thought about it, I even don't go to my friends house anymore for a night out due to the fact that if I am intoxicated I may do a lot of damage to her car!
I saw a solicitor and he sent off for the video tape, but that was around 2 months ago and I haven't heard anything.

Revenge is sweet, maybe one day....

Cheers,
Steve

The only way for you to go is to get revenge, how can some one do this, firstly i would put nails under all four tyres, then super glue her door locks, then after a few weeks do the same but with paint stripper and dont forget to wear balaclava. BITCH.
