If your on about insurance wise....comes down to his word against yours i'm afraid, the witnesses have to be independent from the said vehicles.

Sounds like knock for knock if you were both p!?sing about, just put it down to experience and get another rim.

good luck

I doubt it, What was the road? was it a 30 limit? If so how you going to fill in the forms? truthfully??
On a damage only accident if both parties agree at the time then either you go like for like or exchange details. You are supposed to report a road traffic accident within 24hrs, which theoretically you did.But how can you legally make a report if you were doing 60 in a 30 zone? If it wasnt then you both have stopped I take it, checked cars and gone your ways.

I hope this helps

How many brain cells?
How can you possibly report one set of circumstances to the police and your insurance company and at the same time post your totally dangerous and irresponsible driving antics on a board accessible to anyone with the facility to view it.
What you have done amounts to purgery which is an indictable only offence(traible only at crown court)and which carries a hefty jail sentence.
Reporting total lies to the authorities is one thing but then publicly posting what really happened on the internet and openly boasting about it is quite another.

Think about it this way...

You go to law and say what happened they investigate, discover what was really happening find a independant witness who says you were both driving like *****, law then does you for racing on queens highway. They will then throw book at you. You will then have to pay for your own repairs to help sell your car that will then pay for your fine and as you wont be needing it for a year due to the ban and insurance wont touch you on anything more than a flymo for the next 7years because of those little abreviations imprinted on your license.

mmmm think i'd sort it out meself and remember a valuable lessson.

I don't think 60 in a 30 is anything to be proud of - especially when you state you were "playing"
