Now I'm annoyed!

I have 10 years no claims

LV gave me the max no claims under their scheme of 9 yrs - but as my renewal quote from Axa only goes to 6 yrs maximum and they wont chnage it I'd have to pay an additional 150

On top of this I'm told that if I dont have protected no claims and hav eto make a claim my no claims gos from the 6 years dwon to 2 years!!

With most other insurance companies it goes from 6 years to 4 years (LV said noooo - the maximum no claims you can have is 4 years and they take 2 off that! -why then give discounts up to 9 yars)

This just sucks

Of course if I dont have a claim thats ok

I'm contacting A plan to see what deal they can strike now with Axa

I would class this subsequent information as 'breach of contract' for not disclosing all material information to me - and get a full refund..........
