Just fitted a 4 piece WRC/22B rear spoiler to my car (having had a quote prior to renewal for the modification of £27 per annum) then when I called them to arrange for the addition in August the cost had become £99 for the remainder of this year?
I complained and the Supervisor was helpfull and as a "goodwill" gesture they charged £74 for the reminder of this year.
The strange thing was that if I had it on for a whole year it would have cost £80.... confused?
Do insurance brokers make prices up as they go,or assume the ownership of a Subaru Impreza means you can afford any cost times two?
