Any good/bad experience with Direct Choice?

I need to renew my insurance on my Golf PD150 on this coming Monday, and Thursday last week decided to go with Direct Choice, and paid the premium in full by credit card.
However, as of this morning they are now on their 3rd attempt to send me any documents, despite having had the correct address all along. I'm not very happy about letting my insurance lapse with nothing in writing from a new insurer.
I just wondered if anyone had had any experiences, good or bad with this company, as I am contemplating cancelling and renewing with Tesco instead, even though they are a bit more expensive.

Well, all's well that ends well, 2 copies of docs turned up this morning, expect the third copy will arrive Monday.
To be fair to Direct Choice, looks like it was the Post Office (Consignia, Royal Mail?) that c0cked up!
