I get my licence back on Monday 19th so it looks like I have a week to sort it out.
Where did that list go of all the good insurers, some one on here ?
This is not going to be much fun
28 years old
5+ years no claims
5 points
2 bans (both for speeding)
live in quiet countryside
belt and braces garaged
00MY 4dr saloon
mods :-
17" rims, Boot Spoiler, PPP, de-cat downpipe, Bilsteins, eibachs (-25mm), quickshift, anti rollbars F&R, drop links F&R, Anti lift kit, Bumpsteer, AP six pots. So far
I'll start looking this Monday, wish me good luck
I'll keep you posted.

todays progress;
rang up Nuneaton Magistrates court ...*where's my licence got to*

Acadamy...
"Sorry sir we'll have to confirm this with the underwriters, we'll ring you tomorrow"

Acadamy Direct...
"Sorry sir we'll have to confirm this with the underwriters, we'll ring you tomorrow"

Adrian Flux. (this, I thought is where I would at least get at a look at a reasonable premium,
"we are not prepared to quote sir" ??????????????? (dealt with them in the past and screwed them arouynd so perhaps this is still on record....DAM)
American Express *sorry do you do car insurance*

2 quotes came back from underwriters today

Acadamy. £1084

A plan. (this one makes me laugh) first off he said are you sitting down...£1400.
Ha ha ha i said nowhere near.
Oh what quotes have you had then,
was truthful and said 2 have come in so far £1084 and £1072.
ok I'll not be beat on this he says, I'll ring you back in 10
he does......
and now the quote is £1020 ????
so where the **** did £400 quid just go.
If they can't get it right first time they can **** off ( i didn't actually say this) just gets my goat when they think they can just think of a figure and double it then see if I'm gulible enough to swallow it.
shant be using them.
Sorry guys if your watching this ( I told them about scoobynet)
