Hello there, My car door was hit by another car door and dented, the person claimed on her insurance for it to be repaired.

Do i need to mention this when looking for a new insurance policy?

I would but it wont affect your insurance but it could affect a claim at a later date as they will know about it when they start digging, always keep yourself right mate as insurance company's these days use everything they can to refuse to pay out.

 

As above, you should declare it, but it shouldn't effect you
