Default Should a standard 05 ppp wagon be able to hit fuel cut?

As the title says really. My old 200sx did this sometimes, but it wasnt tuned that well. Should it even be possible to hit fuel cut in a standard 05 ppp wagon? I changed up to third at high rpm, hit wot, and it was like someone threw a ten tonne anchor out the rear hatch!

Check boost pipes, one might have blown off or split.
Also check intercooler pipework for the same.

Cheers, ill have a look. Cars run fine since tho. Tried to recreate the circumstances but nothing abnormal happened. I just thought the prodrive ecu would be well within the parameters of the fuel cut.
