Don't know what all the fuss is about when peeps moan that they can't get a hold of Gary.

I made 2 calls a week apart and spoke to Gary 1st time for both calls.

Me too! Called at the beginning of the week, put straight through to Gary. Renewal price put all others to shame

Rang 5 times now since yesterday and left 3 callback requests yesterday and today and still can't get hold of Gary for a quote.

Asked if anyone else could quote me and was told Gary was the man I needed to speak to really. Which would be great if I could actually get hold of him. I know he's in the office! grr.

 

I know that he got a new computer today and was rogered waiting for windows updates, for several hours.
