Default a massive thanks to gemma and alex from sky

Just like to say a massive thanks to gemma in the renewals department and alex in the sales department at sky insurance for sorting my policys out on both the scooby and astra. Gemma managed to knock over £200 off my renewal to pricematch another company and all done hassle free.

Cheers again
Andy

Price match, so why wasn't the price that low in the first place??? All you did was do some research and point out to sky they are ripping you off!

Ive always found my renewal price is more expensive before I phone the companys and I dont know many companys that would be prepared to lower there price by over £200 to keep a customer and ive messaged gary 2 years in row with questions before phoning up and never heard anything back where as sky reply everytime.

apologies for not replying to your pm.

(I did write a longer reply about price matching, but not really my business on another insurers thread)

Suppose it's down to where you live nowadays with insurers as they all have different risk databases ime.
