Hiya Folks,


Just bought a Kenwood DNX5220 and Im just looking for some general install tips regarding placement of all the bits that come with it.

The unit is second hand and was sent in a manner I would never dream of. Needed a wipe down and tangled wires everywhere. (Hope it works)

What Im looking for is some advice on where to put:-

the Mic (Already suggested to put it at top of windscreen pillar but I have an alarm sensor there)

The Female USB connection

The Ipod connection (Comes with ipod connector and a male USB plug that Im guessing plugs into the female one to give me video from Ipod)

The GPS unit

The Bluetooth box

If some of you could tell me where yours are located and if theres any problems routing the cables there that would be great.
