I'm looking to fit a set of these in my doors with some mdf rings from ebay, but it looks like the depth is borderline for what I've read will fit, being 66mm. Does anyone have them fitted to theirs?

This fella has fitted a set of 65mm deep speakers with a 15mm MDF spacer and seems to have plenty of space.

I am considering Focal performance 165 v30's which are 71.3 mm deep!

Thanks for that, I'll just make sure the spacers are 15mm+ and it looks like they'll be fine

should have got the focal 170v direct replacement for jap cars.they come with colars and wiring adapters!either way very good speakers!
