Thank you, its 15mm and it have plenty of space between the doorcard no cliping it back on issues, that gives me about 10mm from the magnet and the glass so defiantly thick enough

you will see no benefit until you have dynamatted the doors and make sure the speaker isnt touching the door too.

There component tt yeah, i still havnt fitted the tweeters or anything yet im waiting till i aint got to pick up tool and run inside as it raining :@ so going to finish the job proper in summer
