Recomend me an amp for a sub please

I have a Focal 21V2 (250w RMS) sub in a custom enclosure. And now I need a suitable amp for it. I prefer a 2 channel bridgeable with high input so I can tap into the existing speaker wires. Since I know nothing much about such matters, I thought I'd ask for advice here. Don't want to spend a fortune !!!
