Default problem with new stereo

i bought a new stereo(one of the touchscreen ones from china) and it came today, so i took my old one out and proceeded to connect the new one up. everything is reletatively straight forward cos it just plugs together with the iso connectors( i already had a double din aftermarket stereo so it really was a straight swap) anyway the problems started when i had to connect the three remaining wires, a pink one a orange one and a blue one. now the pink one connects to ground so that was no problem, the orange one connects to +12v so that was no problem but the blue one says 12-out and i havent got a clue what that means but the worst bit is that when you turn the ignition on it just comes up with a blue screen and in the top left corner it says CAR and a - sign in a triangle

blue screen

wiring dia

any help would be fantastic

the pink is so you an use the dvd with the handbrake off, ive figured it out, what i had done was connect the rear view camera up at the stereo end but i hadnt connected it up at the other end so it looks like it was looking for the camera, so i unplugged the camera altogether(orange wire) and the stereo works now

when i get round to putting the camera somewhere i will connect the rest up

cheers anyway snake
