Save me searching, wheres the best grounding point for an amp in the boot?

I used one of the mounting bolts for the rear seat backrest - resistance from amp to chassis was less than 0.5 ohms, and seems to work very well. I didn't want to drill any holes in the body - especially as the fuel tank is under the rear seat / boot floor.

I also used the mounting bracket to the back seat, it provided an exellent ground for 3 power amps (one of these running a 15" sub), x-over, 2nd battery,1 frd capacitor, cooling fan etc. only problem is it is a bit of a barstool to get to if anything goes wrong !!!!!!! (Carry a good pair of wire cutters with u and fuse everything up to the hilt.)
