Does anybody know where i can get a CD holder that is single din size to fit underneath a new stereo once i have removed the double din original unit,there is a picture of what i'm after on the members gallery (Yourch from Peru)

I think you can get hold of them from your local subaru dealer.

If not, then speak to some local audio specialist.

i got one from halfords- if you look in the book on their audio section it's listed- it looks a bit cheap and cheerful (although it's £12) but it works a treat!

Yep got the same one you, I could just fit the smallest facia on it But wasn't able to fit the facia surround on my SONY head unit.

You will also need a ISO lead adapter also stated in the Halfords book. Off the top of my head think Part No's are Pocket FC-006 and ISO lead adapter PC2-44-4 but don't quote me

Ps. Also four shortish fat self tappers to fit the side plates off the double din to your head unit. Hint to prize off silver surround:- open up cup holder and lever between there saves visible screwdriver marks then pull off buy hand. IMHO worked for me
