I've got one sat at home ready to sell, but I can't be bothered with the hassle of removing the old cable.

I've noticed others advertising these for sale without cable also.

Does anyone know if you can buy these cables anywhere?

I take it by "the old cable", you mean the control lead fom the stereo to the CD-changer?

If so, you can, but the manufacturers charge prohibitively-high prices for them (£30-£40 typically). This is to discourage would be naughty people from nicking the changers, since you can't sell 'em cheap if it's going to cost another few tens of quid to wire up.

For the time and effort, it would be worth it to remove the cable, I'm afraid
