Question What radio came in MY99 UK turbo?

Hi all

My recently-acquired MY99 UK Turbo didn't come with a head unit so can anyone tell me what would have come with it from the factory? I've seen some Phillips (both tape and cd variants) on eBay but not sure if either of these would be a suitable OEM replacement.

Some pictures would be ideal

Also, can anyone tell me if any of the single DIN OEM head units were able to take any form of line/aux in?

Thanks

Have still got the stereo that came out my00 classic - previous owner had upgraded but left the old unit in the boot when he px the car. Believe its a Philips radio/cassette player with removeable face - will have a look when I get home tomorrow. Not sure I'll be able to post up a picture but can let you know the model no and you could perhaps google it? I'm only in SE London so could always meet up if you want to have a look at it. Make me a sensible offer and its yours if you want it.

I've been watching a few on eBay - is it like either of these?

I've also been eye'ing up this CD deck:

But it looks like it may be missing a bezel around the edge perhaps? I'm not sure.

Thanks. I may be able to hack my own line input, especially if it has CD changer control.

I may end up just using it for the fascia

Don't have the cd changer with mine - its just the radio/cassette unit. The instruction leaflet I got with it says its compatible with a D2B type (?) changer.

Excellent. How much do you want to dispose of it?

How does £20 plus postage sound? although see you're based in Essex so might be able to meet somewhere? You could then look at the unit before deciding

Sorry I was bored and on eBay last night and bought the CD deck in the photo above. I'll give you a shout if I have any problems with it and need your one. Thanks for your time
