Two Amps - one fails to restart?
Morning all,
I have a problem with one of my amps in car. They are both Eclipse amps, one powering the internal speakers and one the sub. The remote cable powers them both in series.
They work fine when first starting the car, however, if you have to re-crank the engine for whatever reason (stalled, brief stop) then the amp powering the internal speakers will not switch back on, but the sub does.
The only way to get them both back working is to switch the car off completely then go through and crank again. This might not be too much of a problem with a head unit but this is a PC controlling them. I don't believe it's the remote lead and it first powers the internal speakers amp before then branching to the sub amp and the sub amp always powers up whatever.
Any ideas please?
