Need help from a fellow V3 Type R owner who has fitted own stereo to their car!
As above, I need help, I'm having a right nightmare!
Bought a stereo from Silver Scooby off here and been trying to fit it plus a blanking plate and it seems a really tight fit to get the stereo in and there just seems no way there is room to fit both.
Seems the last owner made abit of a mess behind there and dropped most of the screws so everything was held together with one screw
Anyone have this problem when fitting one in there Type R?

are you trying to use the cage that came with the stereo?
If so.... don't. The v3 (like mine) will have a built in metal frame that comes out so u can fit the stereo...
try here..
Scooby extras
if you mean the depth of the unit and the wiring at the back.... well, yeah, it can be tight
if ur local to Horsham, drop me a pm and I can see if I can help
