just had two new front door speakers and soundproofing fitted at cheltenham hi-fi centre. The chap said give them a couple of weeks to bed in.They are a big improvement over stock already.

Am a big fan of hertz myself - had Kenwood dual mags and infinitys in the scoob, complete with a phoenix gold amp to drive them. Now have a Mk5 Golf GTi, with Hertz Energy in the front doors and Dieci in the back, running off the standard head unit - and it definitely sounds a lot better than the scoob ever did. Does help a bit having a quieter, better built car admittedly!
