Radio doesn't work ..

Radio doesn't work ..
The CD player works and the radio powers up and displays the channels but all I get is noise ..
Have pulled it out and reconnected all the wires and still the same ..
thoughts?

Silly question, but your aerial is up isn't it?
If it is, it may be broken at the inner end, or not making a good contact at the radio end, it may need an extender/adaptor.
