Default Type R front speaker adaptors?

How do I get 16cm coaxials to fit the front doors on my Type R without botching them in, Ive tried the usual autoleads speaker adapters but the fitment seems to be different on the type r doors as the adaptors are designed for the 4 door gc8's, any ideas?

I just made some 18mm MDF spacers for mine, also helps to mount the speakers on with sound deadening behind, think I got the pics from stefans site or from chiark

As above 18mm MDF. make your own, easy enough to do, cheap and very effective.
